Katie has had four different breast augmentation surgeries and is looking forward to her 5th. It appears that her plastic surgeon used the method of cutting off her nipple to insert her implants and the healing process went horribly wrong, or somewhere along the line of her four boob jobs, her breast ripped (just thinking about that makes me cringe).
Katie Price and her ice cream cone shaped nipples have earned her high rankings in the Celebrity Frankenboobie Hall of Shame. Good on ya, Katie!

I saw a video where she said that she had had breast reduction because they’d become droopy after breastfeeding three kids. I believe these photos were taken after that reduction and what you’re seeing is the vertical incision that meets at the nipple.
