At 49 years old, Sarah has had over 100 cosmetic surgeries, which is apparently the most anyone has cared to admit to, and has spent $850,000 in her quest to turn back time. Formerly, Cindy Jackson was Guinness’s pick for the most plastic surgeries performed on a person.
Sarah Burge claims to be the “Real Life Barbie”, but I just don’t see it. To me, she just looks like another Orange County soccer mom trying to hold on to what’s left of her looks.
Sarah Burge has undergone the following cosmetic surgeries: rhinoplasty, butt lift, breast implants and liposuction of the face, hips, thighs and jaw line, tummy tuck, eyelid lift, chin implant. Other more minor cosmetic procedures that she has undergone include: teeth whitening, botox, fat injections in her hands, facial fillers, laser skin resurfacing and so on and so forth.

She looks awkward… She has like, an incredibly tiny head compared to her ginormous upper body… Hmmm…
And disproportionately narrow hips, almost like Linda Evans and Bo Derek. Very unattractive and mannish.
She does look awful. Selfish. She could have used that money for something really worthwhile. Instead she uses it for vanity. People amaze me.

I think she looks great . And to have undergone so much of plastic surgery ,she must be very brave. The surgery itself and the recuperation , how much she must have suffered…..

Her face was average looking and she’s still average. Doesn’t look like she had any surgery on her face. But her body is really weird.

She looks like she messed up her own body. Her boobs are weird and sagging looking and her shoulders are too broad. her hips also look very unnatural to me for that kind of body. she don’t look like the real life barbie to me. she looks awful. that swimsuit is very unflattering on her.

I wouldn’t call her a barbie, but she does look good (as much as I hate to admit it). She looks more real than most of these plastic women. She’s 49, her breasts should sit lower, She has the shoulders of an athlete (swimmer), and her waist has the “old school” taper. Her nose looks weird in the top photo though, but that could be due to an odd lighting choice. She seems to have achieved her goal of retaining her youth without looking like a survivor of the jewish holocaust (yeah, I know that was low, but I detest unnecessary cosmetic surgery)

I am not a fan of plastic surgery. If you need to have over a hundred surgeries and spend over 3/4 of a Million dollars to be happy with your own body and have confidence TALK TO A THERAPIST!!!!

Well, there are things she cannot help, like her naturally bearlike, masculine proportions. Her legs are very short, and her shoulders broader than life. The waist, which is not natural for this body type, is probably created by liposuction and shapewear. Also, this body type normally has no butt, she has implants, they are visible by a demarcation line on her buttocks. Her cleavage is of the nasty type that looks like a fold, or slit, but she’s not the only one who has that.
In our today’s culture which favors the “tranny” look ofter that of a real woman, her looks might serve as a healing shock, though. Makes me feel as if we were in the last day of the Roman Empire…
She looks really old and homely. It’s obvious that she thinks she looks good though, so I guess that is what matters. The other one (Cindy something) looks lovely though, and 20 years younger.

I think she looks good and younger than her age. What I dont understand is the hostility towards her for getting plastic surgery. Did she steal money from you to get her surgeries. Some people were dealt with great cards in the looks department but because society rewards good looks so much, especially in women, they become ugly inside, arrogant, and critical people. They go around saying they dont believe in plastic surgery, especially men but then treat really good looking women, who have probaby had work done better than an average nice girl.
What I do disagree with is imposing surgery on young children, who have not developed their own critique. However, I am not angry at her for that either.
I just saw her on Dr Phil and was amazed at her lack of perspective. She is completely delusional and I feel very sorry for her. She was a lovely 14 year old and no doubt would still be a lovely 49 year old but she simply cannot accept the aging process. It is truly tragic and sends the wrong message to her children. She was so belligerent, also, when Dr Phil made some comments. Why did she go on the show then? Her husband looks like a zombie also. What do they say, more money than sense!!!

I agree with you about her not looking like a Barbie – atleast she looks better than how she would have looked at her age without surgery.
