Leaked Photos of Kim Kardashian Before Liposuction

Pictures of Kim Kardashian before she had plastic surgery have supposedly been leaked and hit the internet today. The grainy pictures were posted on MediaTakeOut.com and show an average looking woman in a white bikini posing for what appears to be before pictures of some sort. There is a shot from the front, back and side, and if you ask us, it certainly does resemble what Kim Kardashian could have looked like before liposuction on her waist, back and thighs.
Although Kim Kardashian has vehemently denied having had any plastic surgery through the years, it’s pretty obvious that this girl is plastic from head to toe. With that said, we think that these recent “before” pictures could certainly be Mrs. Kardashian before all of the body work.
Kim’s current body shape appears to be the result of extensive liposuction on her hips, thighs, stomach and back, as well as a “Brazilian Butt Lift”. During a Brazilian Butt Lift, the shape of the butt is defined by liposuctioning the fat above and below the butt, and then injecting the fat back into the backside to further fill it out. The result of this procedure on someone like Kim, who is naturally heavier in the hips and butt, can actually look pretty believable, but you can tell that something is unnatural about her shape when she gains weight.
What do you think? Could these leaked before photos really be Kim Kardashian? We’re pretty confident that Kim has had a LOT of plastic surgery, but these “before” pictures conveniently have the head cutoff, which makes it hard to verify.

Not a fan of Kim but I wouldn’t trust anything that the mediatakeout website posts up. Most of the things posted on there are biased and never show any sources. Like you said, it looks like an average body (for all we know, it could be anyone) so I’m going to go that it’s not her body since there’s nothing that proves otherwise. We all can agree that Kim and the whole “klan” have done major “upgrades” throughout the years though!
This makes no sense to me. Why is her face blocked out? So, in answer to your question, who the heck knows if this is her or not? Her face is blocked out. Kind of a dumb post, don’t ya think?

Who cares if she has or hasn’t or if this is even her, she looks fab, I wish I had a bod like that ;-p
If you think about it, the buttocks is actually really gross. Forget the fact that your bottom is used for the biological purpose of releasing waste but it also gets sweaty, it’s hairy and naturally has many odors that are secreted from pores and the anus itself. Or course there are ways of maintaining perfect hygiene and odor control and unfortunately the larger your bottom, the more sweat and juices and possibly hair there is (everybody is different). I don’t think that those pictures are of Kim K. but I don’t doubt that she’s had multiple plastic surgery full body procedures. At least we’ll all have a great laugh as she gets older and her body starts falling apart. We are all having a laugh now. The whole family is one huge pathological and mentally ill mess. The more we direct our attention else where the more they’ll become nonexistent! We are their source of income.
She wore the same bikinis in her teens (picture on the left) it is her & almost the same figure just more a mature body.

Its her for sure,as abc 123 posted that bikini is pretty similar,the body type is the same.Her shape now is beautiful but all due to the hands of a skilled plastic surgeon,my father is a plastic surgeon and he swears that her body is all product of well made liposuction/liposculpture,without a doubt.As a man I think its sad that this ladies dont come clean about plastic surgery even when its obvious,and real women are left to think they arent beautiful and unhappy with their bodies.For all the women out there,the right amount of money and the right surgeon ad you can look the same or even better.

Also looks like on the before picture the girl is sporting the infamous LOVE bracelet by Cartier. The Kardashians are wearing them all the time. Kendall has the ring, Khloé also the bracelet, … Too much of a coincidence????

I don’t think she had work done to her body. She was a size eight, goes to the gym a ton. Heck, I could name 10 workouts for the ass. She is hot. Don’t like her attitude.
I believe no woman on this earth was born with every thing they wanted..with the right money all of us woman could afford to have plastic surgery and would also have the body we wanted. My opinion is.. having bigger butts or breast never kept any man around for ever..it causes men to lust more and be used more and then they move on to the next big this and that, if i had to get anything bigger..it would be brains.. that to me last longer then whats on my body..what woman dont under-
