Nose jobs are very common among celebrities, as a slight tweak or refinement to the nose can really make you photograph well and look better on camera. Some celebrities have had very minor, subtle nose jobs that truly enhance their natural beauty, whilst other have gone overboard and have completely wittled away any recognizable characteristic of their original nose.
