Unless you’ve been living on the moon for the past few months, you have seen and heard of Korean pop sensation PSY, and his kitschy (and catchy) hit song, “Gangham Style”. PSY has become more than just an internet sensation and Gangnam Style is close to taking the #1 spot on the Billboard Top 100 list. But, do you think PSY is too ugly to be famous? Apparently his management company did. While they loved PSY’s songs and style, they thought he was entirely too unattractive to be successful. They went so far as to suggest that he get extensive plastic surgery, or that he should perform wearing a “cool mask”.

I suppose it shouldn’t be surprising, since South Koreans are the most likely to undergo plastic surgery and are #1 in the world for having the most plastic surgery per capita. One in five women in Seoul have undergone at least one plastic surgery procedure and nearly everyone in the entertainment industry is said to have had gone under the knife. Even Miss Korea 2012 has admitted to having several cosmetic surgeries and even more surprising is that she thinks it’s absurd that anyone would think that she would be naturally beautiful. Unlike the United States, which favors breast implants and liposuction, the most popular procedures in Korea all center around the face: double eye lid surgery, rhinoplasty and bone-shaving procedures to slim the shape of the face. So would PSY be more popular if he had double eye lids, a slimmer nose and a westernized face?

Luckly PSY wasn’t having it and decided against plastic surgery and/or a silly mask that would hide his face. And if you ask us, it’s a good thing he did! Do you really think PSY or Gangnam Style would be nearly as popular if he was another plastic surgeried Hollywood pop-out? We certainly don’t think so!

No, the woman pictured on the right is not auditioning for a role as the female Joker. She is, believe it or not, an older and extremely plastic-surgeried version of the woman on the left. Elsa Patton, fondly referred to as “Mama Elsa” on the Real Housewives of Miami is the mother of housewife Marysol Patton, and she is clearly suffering from a severe case of botched plastic surgery.

Apparently, Mama Elsa decided to undergo plastic surgery several years ago – to fix what exactly is unclear, since the procedure(s) obviously didn’t work – and, with a few swift slices of the plastic surgeon’s knife, she ended up looking like a bloated and severely disfigured 100-year-old woman.

Elsa Patton opened up about her bad plastic surgery on the season 2 premier of Real Housewives of Miami a couple weeks back, revealing what we all already knew – that a terrible plastic surgeon “ruined” her face. Apparently, the pressure of staying young and looking hot in a town like Miama was too much for poor Mama Elsa. She went under the knife and came out a completely different woman.

It’s really quite sad that botched plastic surgery has destroyed Elsa Patton’s face, because she really was kind of a babe as a younger woman. But don’t you start feeling sorry for Mama Elsa; she is holding her own on the Real Housewives as the only character that anyone really gives a crap about. So with her breakout Housewives stardom and her very own brand of Cuban coffee (say what??), “the mother with the face that only a daughter could love” is probably doing just fine. And don’t forget that Mama Elsa is also a psychic – wait, shouldn’t she have seen this coming?!

Call the Queen! It appears as though Dame Helen Mirren has finally gone under the knife, as she was photographed shopping in Hollywood with a telltale blue scarf tied around her face. Apparently the scarf was intended to cover up white bandages, but the sheer material wasn’t doing such a great job, since you could clearly see the white wrap underneath. According to Harley Street plastic surgeon Dr. Nick Milojovic, “It’s the type of bandage that would be used after a classic facelift.” Even though the 67-year-old actress is classically beautiful and definitely does not need any form of plastic surgery, the blue scarf, white bandages and puffy face all seem to add up to a facelift!

If it weren’t for The Queen actress’ comments about plastic surgery in the past, we would certainly be shooting down rumors that the 67-year-old underwent plastic surgery, and telling you all to leave the poor woman alone. However, Helen Mirren did say recently that she wants “full-on” cosmetic surgery, which is a little surprising to say the least. Wondering what exactly full-on plastic surgery entails? She elaborated, “Suck it all up, tie it up and then cut it all off!” She also once said that she would consider plastic surgery even more seriously if she was in a different profession. “If I wasn’t on camera, I would have done it years ago.”

Although Helen Mirren has said that she doesn’t understand why young people get plastic surgery, calling it “horrific” that young men and women opt for cosmetic surgery over “the purity of youthful beauty,” she obviously isn’t against plastic surgery herself. She once said in reference to cosmetic procedures, “You go, ‘I don’t want to look at that face anymore,’ and I understand completely. I think people should be allowed to do whatever they want to make themselves feel happy.” With the results of her brand new facelift, maybe Helen Mirren will finally appreciate the face in the mirror.

Yet another woman has died after receiving illegal butt injections from a shady man, posing as a woman, posing as a doctor. Former model Karima Gordon sought out Morris Garner, (who lives his life as a woman and also goes by Tracey Lynn Garner) for the illegal butt plumping injections, and sadly she became ill and died shortly after the procedure. Police are now searching for well-known big booty model Pebbelz Da Model in connection with the death.

Karima Gordon drove to Garner’s home in Mississippi with a friend to have the procedure performed. She became ill a few hours later and her friend called Garner asking what to do. Garner told them to buy some cough medicine. Gordon died at a hospital a few days later. Police say a woman named “Pebbles” acted as a go between for Garner and women who sought his illegal services…

It is alleged that Karima Gordon and Pebbelz communicated via Twitter and Karima traveled to New York to meet Pebbelz in person. There, Karima paid Pebbelz $200 for the referral to the man who ended up performing the butt injections that killing her. According to Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood, investigators are looking for Pebbelz for questioning.

Well, if they are indeed looking to question Pebbelz in connection with this crime, they apparently don’t have to look too hard. According to Pebbelz Twitter account, she’ll be hosting an event at Dolce Lounge in Elizabeth New Jersey on Thursday (or do police still not know how to use the internets?).

Food Network star Marc Summers underwent four hours of plastic surgery last month, but the 60-year-old wasn’t getting a facelift or nose job. The host of ‘Unwrapped’ was actually involved in a serious car accident after filming an episode of ‘Restaurant Impossible’ in Philadelphia, when his taxi hydroplaned during a torrential downpour and the driver lost control of the vehicle. As a result, Summers was slammed into the plastic partition between the front and back of the cab. Summers was on the phone with his supervising producer before the accident occurred, but he has no recollection of the moment of impact.

According to Summers, everything on the left side of his face from his eye socket down was “wiped out” in the accident, and he is still having trouble seeing out of his left eye. “There’s lots of titanium and screws in my face,” the talk show host said. “I was pretty lucky that I didn’t have brain damage.” Also lucky for Summers, a plastic surgeon got to work on his face right away and afterwards told the TV personality that he was able to piece him together properly.

Summers’ face apparently suffered significant damage in the accident, and he is still in pain, but he expects to look the same as he did before the accident, once the swelling goes down. “In a few weeks, the swelling will go down and no one will ever know…I’ll be a new guy.” Who knows, maybe the plastic surgeon snuck in a couple subtle nips and tucks here and there during Summers’ procedure, just to give his face a little sprucing up. We’ll find out once the swelling goes down!

Oh good. Courtney Stodden is back. This time with a brand new face.

We were wondering why we hadn’t heard much about Courtney in the past few months, secretly hoping that she’d gotten the hint and figured out that she will never actually be famous for any of the things she claims to be famous for (according to Courtney she is a ‘Model, Singer, Actress, Reality Star, Animal Activist, Hostess, Dancer’). But no such luck, apparently Courtney was just in hiding waiting for her latest round of plastic surgery to heal.

Courtney, who just turned 18 on August 29th and claims to be all natural, was recently shut down by Playboy after insinuating that she was going to pose for the popular mens magazine. According to source close to Playboy, Courtney is too “enhanced” and “doesn’t meet the standards of a Playboy model“. And if that wasn’t clear enough? They decided to add, “Playboy would NEVER take her. I don’t think anybody really wants to see that anyway.”

The latest pictures of Courtney, posted to her Twitter account within the last couple of days, show a significant change in her face. Was plastic surgery on her birthday wishlist this year? It sure does seem like it as the teenage wannabe looks totally different. It appears that Courtney has had a recent nose job, lip augmentation and possibly even a brow lift. Does she look better? Yes. Does more plastic surgery make Courtney less annoying? Nope.
