Remember the Backstreet Boys? In the early 90′s The Backstreet Boys released their first album and the boy band became instant teen heartthrobs. Twenty years later, surprisingly enough, The Backstreet Boys are not only still together, but they are one of the best selling music artists in the world. Unfortunately the Backstreet Boys looks aren’t as timeless as their music and with the “boys” now in their 30′s and 40′s, some of them are turning to outside help in order to maintain their youthful facade. Backstreet Boy’s member AJ McLean recently posted a picture to his Instagram account showing off the result of his hair transplant surgery, giving props to both this new head of hair and his doctor.
Along with the photo comparison of himself before and after getting the hairplugs, AJ implied that his hair restoration surgery was equal to a male version of a boob job and he is more than happy with the results. According to AJ:
“Some girls get there boobs done some guys get abb implants all to make them happy! This was the one thing I did and I couldn’t be happier thank u dr G!!!!”
The Backstreet Boys are celebrating their 20 year anniversary this month by kicking of a new tour, and it’s common for celebrities to try to create a buzz by doing something that will get them into the tabloids, but…hairplugs? Maybe AJ McLean should have kept that secret to himself.

Vicki Gunvalson Admits to Recent Chin Implant, Nose Job and MORE

The original “Real Housewife”, Vicki Gunvalson has admitted that all of the speculation surrounding her new look lately is correct: She’s gone under the knife once again! After her feelings were hurt when fellow cast members said that Vicki’s upturned nose made her look like Miss Piggy, she marched straight over to a local plastic surgeon and gave them free reign to “do what you think is gonna look good”.
The 51-year old’s most recent transformation is the result of liposuction, fat injections to her face, a nose job and a chin implant. Vicki, who formerly was the housewife with the least amount of plastic surgery, is quickly becoming the housewife with the most plastic surgery procedures under her belt! In 2011, Vicki rebounded from her divorce by getting a plastic surgery makeover that included liposuction, Botox, laser treatments and injectable fillers, and previous to that Vicki has also already been through two sets of breast implants.
After her latest round of plastic surgery, Vicki told US Magazine, “I had a little bit of tweaking done, but I’m still the same person…My new look, I really don’t think I look too much different. I hope I look a little bit younger, brighter, not so dried out.”
For having so many procedures done, Vicki Gunvalson doesn’t look all that different to us, but she seems to be teetering on the edge of plastic surgery disaster. If one snarky comment sends her running to the plastic surgeon to have four cosmetic procedures, we can only imagine that there is no end in sight for Vicki Gunvalson’s transformation into a plastic housewife.

Hayden Panettiere Debutes New Breast Implants in Florida

Hayden Panettiere and her on-again boxer boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko hit the beach in Florida over the weekend, where Hayden debuted a new, bustier look! Looks like Hayden has recently gone under the knife and got breast implants.
The 23-year old actress appears to have gone from a small B-cup to a small C-cup with the help of breast implants, but they look a little off, if you ask us. Even though Hayden only went up one cup size, the implants look hard, round and obvious on her famously tiny frame. It also looks like Hayden has a minor form of pectus excavatum, which is a dent or depression in the center of the chest. This was hardly noticeable before the implants, but Hayden’s new breast implants have created a deeper, more noticeable dent. This is the same problem that Tori Spelling has, and it has seemingly gotten worse over time.
What do you think of Hayden’s new look? If you ask us, the breast implants are not an improvement. But, Hayden looks happy and we’re sure her boyfriend (and rumored fiance!) doesn’t mind!

As previously reported, the original plastic surgery reality show, “The Swan” is set to come back with a celebrity version. When we heard about the show making a comeback and their new spin, we couldn’t help but wonder what type of celebrity would agree to star on such a train-wreck of a reality show?!
Well, apparently the woman at the center of the biggest scandal in the 90′s is ready to get her swan on. Monica Lewinsky is reportedly in talks with the new celebrity incarnation of “The Swan”, who is ready to make over Monica with $100,000 worth of plastic surgery, a weight loss program and counseling.
Monica is the infamous White House intern and mistress that nearly got President Bill Clinton impeached in 1998. Since than, she has tried to rebuild her life by cashing in on her notoriety and has tried her hand at designing handbags, selling weight loss products for Weight Watchers and appearing on several reality shows and TV specials. Unable to successfully find her niche, Monica moved out of the USA in 2005 in order to avoid the negative attention that came along with her affair with President Clinton. Now, the single and nearly 40-year old Monica lives in London with her mother.
So will a drastic physical change and plastic surgery re-launch Monica Lewinsky’s life in the direction that she wants to go? While we are certain that this will make for some good reality television, for some reason this sounds like a disaster in the making for Monica.

Shawna Sand Bedazzled Her Teeth

Never one to shy away from the ridiculous and tacky, Shauna Sand reportedly had a cosmetic dentist implant “diamond studs” into her teeth last week. Although with the price tag of $60 per tooth, it sounds like she either got one helluva deal on diamonds, or she really just had a dentist glue some rhinestones onto her teeth.
In the after photo of Shauna’s bedazzled teeth, her dentist is holding back her glorious frosty pink silicon slug lip to show off his handiwork and the four dime store “diamonds” he stuck onto her teeth.
Shauna Sand is best known for her tacky style that is highlighted by 7″ stripper heels, see thru dresses, bad plastic surgery and even worse makeup, so we aren’t exactly expecting bedazzled teeth to become the next hot trend. The 41-year old mother of three is running out of things to augment on her body, so I guess bedazzling her veneers are a natural progression for someone that can’t just leave well enough alone.
Shauna Sand, who is a former Playboy Playmate, spent Easter weekend at the Playboy mansion with her 3 daughters in tow. Because, you know, the Playboy mansion is a venerable playground for impressional young children.
Jenna Jameson’s Butt Implants Look Awkward

Jenna Jameson showed up in Vegas over the weekend to celebrate her 38th birthday looking, well, a little bit desperate to hold on to her youth? The retired adult film actress, and mother of two, partied at the Crazy Horse III stripclub wearing a skintight black and white pleather catsuit, complete with see-thru panels and super-trendy green dyed hairstyle (that seems more fit for an 18 year old). But, no, it gets worse. Jenna’s skintight catsuit housed some gigantic new butt implants that Jenna seemed more than happy to show off.
Jenna Jameson started getting plastic surgery early in her career and had her first set of breast implants put in when she was 20. Before retiring from the adult movie business Jenna had gone through several sets of breast implants in addition to getting a chin implant, but her panache for plastic surgery didn’t seem to lose control until after she retired in 2008. From there Jenna started overusing Botox and fillers in her face and lips, and now she went and got these comically large butt implants.
The utterly fake look of Jenna’s super-sized booty leads us to believe that she opted for silicon butt implants instead of the more natural looking fat transfer procedure (also known as a Brazilian Butt Lift), where your own fat is harvested from other parts of the body and injected into the butt. The decision to choose butt implants over fat transfer probably came because Jenna doesn’t have enough extra body fat and/or didn’t want to have liposuction.
Look, we get it. Big butts are super trendy right now, but they just don’t look right on everybody. Jenna should have just opted for a workout plan to tone and lift her butt instead of the awkward looking butt implants. What do you think of Jenna’s new bubble butt?

We’ve heard of lawyers being called blood sucking vampires before, but this is the first time we’ve seen a lawyer literally transform themselves into one! Meet former lawyer Maria Jose Cristerna, who has physically transformed herself into a vampire:
The 36-year old decided to make a drastic life change when she left her law career behind to became a tattoo artist. And while you would think that that is when her vampire-inspired transformation began, she says that she feels her transformation began at age 12 when she got her first piercing. At age 12, Maria had her ears pierced with large gauge jewelry and started stretching her earlobes. At 14, Maria convinced her father to take her to get a tattoo and she got the first of many tattoos: a large black star on her shoulder. Twenty years later, Maria has nearly 50 piercings and her body is 95% covered in tattoos…and that is the tamest part of her transformation! In addition to the body art and piercings, she also has subdermal implants in her forehead (to give the appearance of horns), as well as in her chest and forearms. And who could call themselves a vampire without a vicious pair of fangs? Unlike less committed wannabe vampires, Maria’s fangs are permanent and are the result of cosmetic dentistry and implants.
Maria lives in Guadalajara, Mexico and has been called the most modified woman in the world. Perhaps more surprising than her physical transformation into a vampire is that Maria Jose Cristerna is a devoted mother to 4 children and, outside of her unusual appearance, she lives a rather normal life, running her tattoo shop and helping her kids with their homework.

Nicki Minaj Thinks Wearing Different Color Makeup is “A Real Accomplishment”

Nicki Minaj is the cover model for the April 2013 “Elle” Magazine, where they claim to have given her a makeunder. The rapper is known for her over-the-top costumes, makeup and colorful wigs and she was photographed for the magazine looking less like a clown. But is that really a “makeunder”? In the Elle photos Nicki is wearing just as much makeup as usual, colored contacts and a long blonde weave.
So for Nicki’s “dramatic” Elle makeunder, they covered her in makeup in a more neutral tone. Hmm. That’s pretty unexciting, right? Well don’t tell that to Nicki, because she feels like this photoshoot was a real accomplishment. No, really. I’m not even kidding. According to Nicki:
“To go in front of the camera, without pink lips or big ol’ crazy lashes…you know, nothing…I felt naked. It was scary! So this photo shoot was a real accomplishment in my eyes!”
If someone is going to claim that they are going to give Nicki Minaj a makeunder, I envision it to be more like Cherry from “I’m Gonna Git You Sucka”. I’m pretty sure that this is how a real Nicki Minaj makeunder would go…
Nicki Minaj has also been sounding off about the rumored plastic surgery that she has undergone and is adamantly denying having ANY plastic surgery…on her face at least. Nicki has collaborated with MAC makeup and is creating a buzz about her new makeup collection with the plastic surgery denial statements. Nicki may not have had plastic surgery above the neck, but she’s certainly not all natural. The rapper’s has had plastic surgery on her body and has had both breast and butt augmentation surgery. Regardless of Nicki’s weak “Elle” makeunder, we can appreciate Nicki’s new toned down look. The 30-year old rapper is actually quite naturally beautiful under all of those layers of makeup. Elle should have featured Nicki without any makeup at all, although it sounds like insecure Nicki would never let that happen.
